Business Need / Purpose of Role:
The GL Team Lead is responsible for supporting the Global Business Solutions (GBS) management team with strategy, work transitions, organizational design, continuous improvement, and analytics. They will also manage commercials, stakeholder relationships and operational performance. As a valued colleague on our team, they will support the GBS executive in day-to-day operational matters and will be called on to collaborate, lead and troubleshoot areas of concern inclusive of targeted balance sheet reviews, reconciliation review, problematic accounts, and processes.

Education and/or Experience:
BBA in Accounting
CPA designation
Prior Project and Program Management experience
Gather and evaluate data on business operations, human capital, and resources
Prior experience executing key actions
