    Position summary

    support inquiries to ensure optimal product performance and client satisfaction

    • Develop comprehensive support resources including help documentation, user guides, and responsive engagement on product forums and websites
    • Craft detailed testing protocols and scenarios using Python scripts or write sample code to demonstrate product capabilities
    • Contribute to the design and specification of new GIS capabilities leveraging a comprehensive understanding of user needs, preferences, and challenges within the ArcGIS environment

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience supporting software testing or software development within an agile environment
    • Familiarity with ArcGIS or other GIS and mapping products
    • Professional experience with Python
    • Strong English communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, GIS, geography, engineering, mathematics, or a related field

    Recommended Qualifications

    • Master's degree in computer science, GIS, information systems, or related field
    • Experience with SCRUM framework as well as related roles and responsibilities
    • Software testing experience supporting mobile, desktop and web applications
    • Knowledge of TeamCity, Jenkins, or other continuous integration/continuous delivery tools
    • Experience with various programming languages like C++ and Java
