Support necessary compliance activities related to audit, tax, or other business needs
Utilize knowledge of key internal control concepts to create, update, standardize and improve documentation of business processes and internal controls for company assets
Partner with IST and Global Operations on Asset related requests
Requirements
8+ years of corporate accounting or equivalent experience
High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP's and pivot tables
Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Accomplished interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, and problem solving
Ability to develop strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or in a related field with an Accounting Certificate or qualification, which meets the California CPA eligibility requirements
Recommended Qualifications
Masters in Accounting
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP, specifically the Assets module
Experience with Microsoft Access database and SQL Server
Current, or actively working to obtain a CPA license
Experience with foreign currency

$76,752 - $127,920 USD
