Description
We're looking for a Brand and Campaigns Marketing Manager who will lead the development and execution of brand and campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Reporting into the Head of Brand and Campaigns, you will be at the intersection of creativity and performance, work with agencies, media partners and in-house teams and make big ideas work across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
Partner with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches. Work with the Insight and product teams to understand what makes our target audience tick and uncover compelling proof points to inform creative and messaging.
Ensure all brand and campaign activity is integrated across touchpoints including digital, CRM, social, and offline channels.
Qualifications
Proven track record in brand and campaign management within consumer-facing businesses.
Hands-on experience managing creative and media agencies.
Strong knowledge of video channels (TV, YouTube, BVOD, social), audio (radio, podcasts), outdoor, and media partnerships.
Strategic outlook with the ability to translate insights into impactful campaigns.
Strong understanding of media planning principles and performance optimization.
Data-driven with experience in campaign measurement and reporting. and knowledge of brand tracking, econometrics, or marketing effectiveness frameworks.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and new media trends.
Experience in financial services or a regulated industry.
