Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our Trade Bureau Data Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone with relevant working experience who is passionate about data, enjoys engaging with clients, and thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in expanding our data contributor network and supporting strategic data partnerships.
What you'll need to bring to the party
Strong interest in data, with the ability to assess and validate data accuracy.
Familiarity with accounting or loan systems such as SQL, AutoCount, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
Experience or exposure to B2B/API integrations is an advantage.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
What you'll be doing
Encourage and support more companies in contributing their payment data to enrich the platform.
Generate leads for data contribution and follow up with potential contributors.
Engage with customers via calls or meetings to provide training and clarify data contribution services
Promote data contribution services through events, talks, newsletters, and other marketing tools.
Identify and explore opportunities for Bureau data partnerships.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the timely delivery of projects and solutions.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to address and resolve client queries.
Qualifications
More about you:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, data management, financial services, fintech or credit-related industry.
Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and able to manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
