    Description

    You will be a subject matter expert (SME) for Ascend Marketing, ADS Marketing, PS1, PQ1, and related Ascend products. You will lead the onboarding of clients to Ascend platforms and provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, requirements, and workflow integration.

    You will deliver internal and external training and demo sessions as an Audience Engine SME, supporting teams in understanding platform functionality, and maintaining best‑practice documentation. You will also participate in end‑to‑end workflow design sessions with Ascend teams and I&D/AIT partners, translating needs into technical requirements and supporting continuous improvement of processes and solutions.

    • Be the primary technical liaison for clients, sales teams, and team members during pre-sales and project execution.

    • Provide expert consultation in designing and implementing client programs, ensuring compliance with FCRA regulations and company policies. Lead projects from concept through implementation, including planning, business analysis, requirements gathering, design, and execution.

    • Assess client needs, recommend solutions based on industry best practices, and identify new business opportunities.

    • Resolve project or process issues; recommend systemic improvements to enhance efficiency.

    • Collaborate across departments to develop solutions that grow client engagement and internal agreement.

    • Mentor team members and provide guidance on complex project issues.

    • Manage multiple accounts and programs simultaneously, including scheduling, resource allocation, and billing.

    • Conduct final quality reviews and ensure program accuracy.

    • Develop project plans, program flows, and segmentation strategies aligned with client marketing goals.

    • Make technical decisions using advanced modeling and decision tree techniques.

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree or equivalent experience required

    • Credit/Banking/Lending experienceUnderstanding of FCRA laws, regulations, and related acts

    • 3-5+ years of knowledge of systems capabilities, software platforms, and processes

    • Knowledge of database management principles

    • Knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools
