Description

Reporting to the Controls Testing Manager you will be responsible for delivery of assurance activities. These activities include continuous assurance over resiliency material and critical controls testing.

What you'll do:

• Support the Controls Testing Manager in planning and prioritizing assurance activities.

• Plan and implement control testing, coordinating with stakeholders and managing analysts across locations.

• Prepare draft reports reflecting the results of work performed and advises the business on appropriate solutions.

• Presents results to senior management to get buy in and agreement to action.

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the review lifecycle.

• Work with the Data Analytics team to enhance testing through automation and monitoring.

• Support 1LOD with issues remediation and validation of evidence before issue closure.

• Provide feedback to the design and implementation teams on any insights identified as part of control testing.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years experience in controls assurance, operational risk, financial services assurance, risk office, Big 4 company, or internal audit.

• An approach that champions collaboration and consultation.

• Experience scoping, executing and reporting access management control testing.

• Familiar with queries, report writing and presenting findings

• Experience working in a global environment.

• Proficient in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
