You will collaborate with our teams and external vendors to ensure successful campaign execution. You will report to the Senior Client Services Manager based in Chile.
Main Responsibilities
Accomplish end-to-end direct mail campaigns, from data input to output, including calendar and deliverable management.
Provide insights into data attributes and ensure accurate handling of campaign-related data.
Perform quality assurance to validate campaign and project data integrity.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including Fair Lending, FCRA, and secure data handling.
Collaborate with our teams and external vendors to ensure successful and timely campaign delivery.
Support analytics and senior management by contributing direct mail expertise and aligning with departmental goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working with SQL and SAS for data analysis and manipulation.
Advanced English proficiency for communication across teams and management levels.
Experience managing and working with large datasets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation), Outlook (calendar and communication management), and Word (documentation and reporting for campaign tracking and compliance).
Familiarity with Jira and ability to present technical work to all levels of management within Experian.
