‑premise environments. You will contribute to the evolution of our automation ecosystem, support global DevOps platforms, and strengthen operational excellence through engineering best practices.
?️ Your key responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and support infrastructure automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools for consistent, scalable provisioning across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.
Provide operational support for global DevOps and self‑service automation platforms such as Ansible Tower and private cloud automation services, ensuring availability, performance, and adherence to operational standards.
Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls, including OS hardening, patching, and secure configurations.
Identify manual or repetitive operational processes and develop automation solutions, maintaining and refactoring existing codebases.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, follow change management and coding standards, and produce clear documentation to support team alignment and knowledge sharing.
Ensure the availability and reliability of production servers and applications by participating in on‑call rotations, performing root cause analysis, and executing service restoration activities.
Qualifications
? What we expect from you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with DevOps and infrastructure automation in enterprise environments.
Administration of Linux (Red Hat, SUSE) and Windows Server.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation tools: Ansible, Terraform.
Scripting/programming: Bash, PowerShell, YAML, Python.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
Skills in server provisioning, patching, and OS security hardening.
Experience with monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
Experience working with Agile (Scrum) and ITIL‑based operational processes.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
Advanced English and availability to work hybrid in São Carlos/SP.

Relevant DevOps, automation, or cloud certifications (preferred).
