    Position summary

    Main responsibilities

    • Develop partnerships with local market Sales and Business Development responsibilities to promote and sell all the services and benefits of the Global Consulting Team.

    • Work with Sales Leadership and Tier 1 and 2 Account Managers to define clear client account plans and solutions that adequately address client requirements and deliver value using best practice, personal experience and Experian's capabilities and expertise.

    • Together with the local Sales team, develop the Strategy which identifies opportunities to find complex risk and customer management solutions in existing markets.

    • Position, sell and deliver business reviews to identify the business case and Return on investment for every client opportunity

    • Help create sales, marketing and project related material

    • Provide input to contractual negotiations to ensure delivery of products and services to the client.

    • Support sales and delivery of our Credit Services and Decision Analytics in collaboration with the Business Delivery functions

    • Lead any projects to adapt Experian products to meet local requirements.

    Consultancy

    • Produce recommendations and solutions with attention to client requirements whilst maximizing business benefits.

    • Be the local 'expert' and provide experience on our client's credit business, including customer acquisition, customer management and collections

    • Lead the client through the main aspects of their internal change process, ensuring that all the teams and operations affected are brought in at the appropriate time.

    • Understand Experian's relative attractiveness in the market place, develop and implement plans to improve market share.

    Qualifications

    • A relevant degree: Bcom, BSc or Computer Science is required.

    • 10+ years' experience in functional, operational or consultancy experience, in banking or financial services is required.

    • Excellent knowledge of credit risk management with expertise in at least one part of the customer lifecycle (e.g. origination, customer management, collections or fraud)
