You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to manager.
This is individual contributor (Non-Managerial) role
Provide direct front line incident support and management, working with internal and external customers as well as vendors when needed
Monitor the network and security systems within a global multi-region, multi-tenant cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, & etc.) and on premises environment. Includes Checkpoint and Cisco FWs, Cisco and Arista switches/routers, F5 and Citrix Load Balancers, McAfee and Checkpoint IPS appliances, Incapsula WAFs and more
Document process and issues with tools like Confluence, Service Now and Visio/Lucid Charts
Work with leadership and other cross functional teams to establish processes will reduce MTTI/MTTD/MTTR
Create technical-level communications and relationship building to gain credibility/trust of internal and external customers
Maintain technical knowledge of Network and Cloud technologies
Certificate Lifecycle Management with network load-balancers, security IPS/WAF/Proxy
What your ideal background looks like
Professional goals with a focus on continual growth through development plans and goals
4+ years of validated experience in managing network technologies in a large globally diverse environment
Experience with ITIL incident, problem & change management
Proven ability to utilize established processes and documentation
Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools such as NNMi, Thousand Eyes, Grafana, Dynatrace, and Extrahop
Proven expertise working with Global Telecommunications carriers
Experience with stateful firewalls (Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Fortigate) and packet inspection techniques
Experience commonly deployed WAN technologies and concepts - P2P, MPLS, VRF, Wave, SDWAN, WAN Optimization
Experience working with Citrix Netscaler or F5 load balancers
Experience/knowledge of virtual networking technologies such as ASA virtual contexts, VRF's, Fortinet VDOM's, and virtual networking devices such as Cisco CSR 1000v

Minimum of Bachelor degree, CCNA certified
