    Description

    Role Summary:

    This role is responsible at a portfolio level and accountable at a product level across strategy and financial performance ownership. Additionally, you are responsible for the complete product lifecycle including market requirements, commercial justification, defining, launching, development roadmaps and customer satisfaction.

    Develop the product strategy and leads, champions and drive product/business growth across the portfolio of products including the PCU and product level financial performance. Lead existing product development or changes via Innovation, market analysis, customer insight and competitor activity. The defines best practice and performance metrics, typically managing a portfolio of products and managing a team of product managers.

    What you'll do :

    • Develop stakeholder buy in and maintain the business roadmap and maintain the product roadmaps and existing products and any changes associated

    • Grow product strategy for products and propositions, ensure it is well documented

    • Champion a culture that achieves goals, delights customers and keeps consumer advocacy at the heart of everything that Experian does

    • Ensure that good client/consumer outcomes are at the centre of decision making

    • Ensure business cases are well documented and prioritized

    • Manage and review product commercials

    • Develop and implement 'Go to market' plans, work cross-functionality to ensure successful execution

    • Own / lead the definition of our requirements, ensuring feasibility studies happen and ensure that products meet our needs.

    • Lead the representation of the product with senior stakeholders and across organization, evangelize and inspire

    • Ensure Our teams are trained and educated on product positioning, pricing, differentiation and key features

    • Coordinate feature communication and launches with Channel and Marketing teams

    • Responsible for agency and other 3rd party relationships

    • Take reasonable steps to ensure that the business area complies with the relevant requirements of the regulatory system

    Qualifications

    More about you:

    • 7+ years experience in a product management role in a B2B environment

    • Experience from banking, financial services or a B2B servicing banks with experience in managing digital products

    • Resilient to thrive in a complex environment
