    Description

    What you'll be doing

    The Sr. Project Manager / Scrum Master develops, monitors, updates, communicates and implements plans for IT projects. Executes project management process including scope definition, scheduling, human resource and material planning and allocation, risk management planning, cost and budget management and quality assurance. Serves as liaison among clients, technical and internal departments to expedite project processes. Serves as Scrum Master for Data Protection team to execute both business-as-usual and project work.

    Agile & Team Leadership

    • Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and scrum-of-scrums).

    • Remove team roadblocks to maintain momentum and productivity.

    • Coach teams to achieve consistent velocity and meet sprint goals; drive continuous Agile maturity.

    Project Planning & Execution

    • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.

    • Create work breakdown structures and assign tasks with clear dependencies and timelines.

    • Monitor progress against objectives, adjusting plans to address risks, issues, and changes.

    Risk & Change Management

    • Identify and mitigate project risks; develop and maintain risk management plans.

    • Document and track changes to scope, schedule, and resources.

    • Communicate project updates and changes to stakeholders to ensure alignment.

    Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

    • Serve as liaison between internal teams, external partners, and business units to ensure seamless coordination.

    • Facilitate meetings to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.

    • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on project status, risks, and milestones.

    Performance & Financial Oversight

    • Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and track performance against financial targets.

    • Analyze project data to inform decisions and optimize resource allocation.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of project management experience

    • 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies

    • Experience with Technology Infrastructure and migration projects

    • Experience with JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow

    • Strong knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies and tools including software.

    • Strong oral and written communication skills.

    • Strong project management and organizational skills.

    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

    • Strong collaboration and leadership skills to aid in team alignment

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
