We are looking for a motivated and experienced Audio Director to join the Ready at Dawn team in creating high profile original titles in the VR space. In this role you will ensure the quality of the audio content and its integration into the game. You will supervise audio production and make certain it is keeping with the game vision.An ideal candidate has strong sound design and technical skills with hands-on experience creating immersive and memorable sound landscape.
- Work closely with the core team to define and communicate the project's audio vision and build an effective audio strategy/roadmap.
- Partner and collaborate with game teams to ensure that the long-term project audio needs are met in conjunction with creative, narrative, art, technical and design considerations.

- Identify and manage any and all SFX and audio libraries as needed.
- Create and manage an audio content schedule, define and set audio milestones.
- Establish the audio quality standard, pipelines and processes for the studio.
- Help identify, connect, and coordinate with any/all audio talent and internal/external resources as required.
- Manage and produce any and all VO, musical, foley, or other recording sessions as needed. Or delegate as needed with agreement from studio management.
Build, manage and mentor the studio's cross-functional audio team, and coordinate with other internal resource managers and staff.
- Music related degree or relevant experience in composition/audio direction.
- At least 10 years' experience working in the entertainment industry with experience in directing audio for AAA projects.
- Practical knowledge and understanding of required hardware, software and audio production pipelines.
- Experience in multi-platform AAA game development and managing complex audio content.
- Participated in the full development cycle and at least shipped 1 complete AAA project.
Great communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Depth knowledge of Dolby and Dolby Atmos requirements and techniques.
- Experience with interactive score and adaptive/interactive soundscapes for continuous day/night game cycles.
Experience with weapon and vehicle sound design, recording, and implementation.
