Recruiting Programs & Operations build and scale global programs to strengthen the impact of our world-class Recruiting Team. We do this by implementing operational initiatives, connecting teams, product process and knowledge, as well as problem solving operational hurdles to enable our Recruiting Teams do their most impactful work.
As a Diversity Program Manager, you will be responsible for the program, process, policy & product delivery with the goal of driving sustainable change at scale. You will play a pivotal role in shaping & executing our Diversity & Inclusion strategy for Recruiting alongside key partners & stakeholders. Plugging into the company's larger diversity and inclusion goals you will scale and deliver programs in multiple formats leveraging what exists while also building out and customizing programming based on the needs of Recruiting. You will measure and communicate results against commitments to ensure meaningful progress.
- Provide a diversity and inclusion perspective in Recruiting processes across functions and stakeholders
- Council and influence Recruiting cross-functional teams on best practices for diversity and inclusion
- Create, implement, transform and execute innovative diversity and inclusion solutions using business acumen and industry expertise while also leveraging and amplifying existing programming in place across the company
- Be a storyteller with data-driven narratives, simplify the complexity to drive clarity & obtain buy-in
- Manage end-to-end program stakeholder strategy, engagement and overall management
- Support change management team objectives such as communications, change impact assessments, training approach etc.
- Design processes to scale program in business areas across the company
- Help shape strategy and vision, establish shared goals and work with cross-functional partners & leaders across the organization on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results
- Proactively manage expectations of all interested parties: define clear program roadmaps, provide frequent program updates, identify and communicate risks and adjustments to overall program, and ensure commitments are delivered
- Build strategic relationships with global and cross-functional partners to drive improvements to the Diversity Recruiting strategy
- Communicate process, policy and product concepts effectively to other strategic Program Managers, Leadership, business and cross-functional partners
- Facilitate regional and/or global process discovery workshops to support larger global Diversity initiatives to understand current state processes, variance and drivers
- Evaluate current recruiting processes to develop an automated and scalable Global Diversity Recruiting strategy
- Drive standard implementation/project methodology (e.g. mobilize, plan, prepare, design, build, transition, stabilization and close)
- Document recruiting workflows, processes and procedures in form of knowledge management and training content
Advise Product Marketing Managers/Product Managers on process challenges across the recruiting organization to help drive future product enhancements
- 6+ years experience in Program Management and/or Consulting with focus on Diversity, Recruiting, HR and/or Operations
- 5+ years experience in project management and process design executing across a matrixed organization
- Experience establishing programs and leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth
- Experience with designing & executing on program strategies and communicating with data to drive direction and change
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
- Practiced in creating and managing project governance (requirement/scoping, project plan, meeting facilitation, risk/issue identification and mitigation)
- Highly skilled at leading process improvement projects with a proven record of increasing operational efficiency including change impact analysis, subsequent training & communication strategies
- Track record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility, and being keen in identifying problems and proactively work towards solutions
- Experience articulating a vision that inspires & moves stakeholders to a single direction
Experience creating and delivering presentations to a variety of stakeholders including senior-level leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP or Six Sigma certification
- Experience working in tech-industry or start-up environments
- Experience working with recruiting tools and systems
- Strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
