- Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of a diverse team
- Lead and enable a high-performing team to deliver on goals by providing 1:1 support, and enabling deeper, more scalable solutions for operations delivery
- Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results
- Manage day-to-day service delivery of content review operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment
- Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to problem solve and develop solutions
- Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence team strategy through effective communication
- Leverage regional knowledge of their team to advocate for the community through strategic relationships with global and cross-functional teams
Influence cross-functional roadmaps and strategic investments as advocate for the community in Thailand across product, policy, process, systems, data/analytics, drive continuous improvement and step change innovation, drive goal alignment and execution planning as advocate for regional communities
- 6+ years experience in a complex fast paced Operations environment (at least 3 years managing operations)
- People management & development experience
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Empathy for Facebook community and passion for service excellence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of the Thai, Cambodian or Laos markets
