Facebook seeks an experienced Global Product Marketing Leader with strong background in online marketing and eCommerce industry expertise to drive product go-to-market and long-term strategy for our eCommerce advertising vertical. The successful candidate must have extensive experience working from product management to sales and back again. He or she must thrive with cross-functional teams, have experience leading communications to client leaders, and exhibit excellent critical thinking in a highly matrixed organization.
- Partner with sales leadership, business marketing and product marketing managers to set long-term objectives, develop product go-to-market strategies, and build proven customer-centric solutions for our eCommerce advertisers
- Build long-range plans for our eCommerce advertising solutions helping position Facebook to drive the most business growth for our clients
- Collaborate with product and product marketing development teams to develop & launch new advertising products and feature enhancements
- Partner with business marketing to develop long-term positioning and differentiate Facebook versus our competitors
- Develop best practices of Facebook Advertising solutions through the lens of the eCommerce advertiser to drive business outcomes for our clients
- Communicate with sales leadership and customers to distill and surface market feedback to product teams for new and existing advertising products

- BA/BS degree
- 8+ years of experience leading advertising across display, direct response, ad networks and/or search
- eCommerce industry expertise in digital marketing with understanding of the industry & client objectives
- Communication and presentation skills
Flexible cross-functional team player with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
- Product marketing experience in the web and mobile advertising and experience contributing at strategic and tactical levels
- Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization. Experience in influencing product management decisions
