Meta is seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage various programs supporting the lifecycle management of infrastructure hardware. This includes data centers, points-of-presence, integrators, warehouses, third-party vendors, and other discrete locations. The Asset Management Services team is chartered with the critical mission to establish, standardize, and improve processes coupled with sufficient controls in an evolving environment. Programs include enabling new products, teams, vendors, locations, and business operations related to lifecycle management from intake to reverse logistics. Program management activities involve continuous and ongoing stakeholder engagement, KPI management, developing—and executing to—roadmaps, and providing critical inputs to process automation.
Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Data Center Site Operations, Sourcing, Accounting, Finance, SOX compliance, Trade Compliance, and Tax—to oversee logistics/asset management business processes in a global environment, identify and assess ongoing and emerging risks, and build short- and long-term roadmaps to support business and operational needs.
Develop or improve decentralized policies, standards, processes and workflows, controls, and tooling needs to support emerging operational requirements focusing on standardization, scale, and efficiency.
Establish appropriate KPIs to measure process performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
Maintain data integrity across multiple systems
identify root causes of, and resolve, data inconsistencies
and leverage data to identify new requirements.
Develop required process documentation for implementation and rollout of business process improvements.
Support implementation of broader technology solutions and process automations efforts to improve organizational efficiency and associated controls.
Understanding of inventory management, transportation, tax, and trade compliance.
Experience in data collection and data analysis.
Analytical and problem-solving experience.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement logistics/business processes in a global environment.
Full understanding of procure-to-pay and its impacts to receiving, asset lifecycle management, and product lifecycle management processes.
4+ years of work experience in logistics, materials management, supply chain management, or other relevant work.
BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience designing end-to-end processes that scale, particularly with respect to supply chain management and logistics.
Experience with large scale, complex projects involving multiple cross-functional teams.
Data center logistics experience.
Data center hardware knowledge.
Experience being collaborative and team-oriented.
Experience being organized and detail-oriented.
Reverse logistics, disposal, and return merchandise authorization experience.
MBA or MS in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
Experience using ERP, inventory management tools, CRM.
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience defining and influencing success metrics.
