As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technology and business and play a crucial role in the future development of an organisation. With opportunities to work with various teams and departments, you'll identify and design new processes, systems, and solutions to meet business needs and enable opportunities.

As a Project Support Officer, you'll play a critical role in the success of projects, working closely with a Project Manager to plan, schedule, and track project progress. Your career prospects can range from Project, Programme or Portfolio Manager to Head of Project Management and beyond.

About You

We ask you have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or related disciplines  
• Able to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate programme
• Strong stakeholder management skills 
• Ability to work within fast-paced environment 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in English and Cantonese  
• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong  

At the end of your two-year consultant period, you have a number of options to progress your career. You can continue your journey with FDM as a senior consultant, you may be offered a permanent position with the client you are placed with, or you can pursue other opportunities.
