Junior Technical Operations Analyst
The FDM Graduate Program is for anyone who has completed their studies and is looking for an opportunity to learn new skills, gain an attractive position, a chance to start working for their dream company, or a way to increase their earnings. We welcome applicants from all fields and universities. No previous experience is required. A graduate starts earning as early as the training stage like other regular employees.
Once accepted on the program, graduates can expect intensive training to gain their new qualifications. Classes are not only taught by recognised experts in their fields and certified teachers, but also long-term practitioners. Upon passing the training successfully, we offer the candidate the opportunity to gain a minimum of 18 months practical work experience, working for one of the companies that cooperate with us.
By choosing to join the program, you will have the opportunity to gain all the required technical skills and operational methodologies involved in providing critical support to a wide range of IT activities. During the course, you will develop skills in operating systems, learn programming languages or explore the principles of information security and IT service management.
Upon successfully passing the course, you will be 1st line technical support for a Canadian business consulting company based in Gdansk. The role will involve hybrid working. You will be responsible for managing critical technology infrastructure, finding solutions to technical problems, and coordinating teams to improve the quality of digital solutions.
