ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Systems Analyst with FDM, you will undergo industry-specific training and continue your career journey as an FDM consultant by working for one of the top financial institutions across North America.

A Business Systems Analyst will:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements from technical perspective

• Translate requirements/business stories into acceptance criteria so that it is readily understood by the developers

• Facilitate refinement sessions to give story points and explain the tickets

• Engage with stakeholders to have correct/enough inputs to the team

About You

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 12-month career break
• Ideally 5+ years of previous business and technology working experience
• Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Able to commit to work for FDM for a minimum of 2 years after training period
• Experience (familiarity/understanding/ability to interpret) with Java APIs, Microservices, and integration of front end UIs to back end databases,
• Experience with error mapping and documenting all type of requirements
• Maintaining, writing, and documenting business rules/error messaging
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Natural aptitude for technology
• Strong verbal, written and analytical skills
