Position summary

based on client requirements, showcasing how Finastra solutions address specific pain points.

  • Incorporate knowledge of competitive strengths and weaknesses into solution demonstrations

  • Develop and update enterprise presentation scripts to stay current with product functionality, value proposition and strategic differentiators.

  • Maintain and update demonstration environment to ensure complete and accurate data, accounts, product set, and system parameters.

  • Technical Expertise

  • Develop a deep understanding of Finastra's product suite, including core banking, lending, treasury, and capital markets solutions.

  • Articulate technical features, benefits, and implementation details to clients during presentations.

  • Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather technical and functional requirements.

  • Participate in on-site and virtual discovery sessions with new sales opportunities and existing client base.

  • Ensure that identified product gaps are documented and addressed with appropriate internal teams, prior to contract signing.

  • Proof of Concepts (PoCs):

  • Assist in creating PoCs to demonstrate the feasibility and value of Finastra solutions.

  • Work closely with clients to validate proposed solutions and address any technical queries.

  • Sales Support:

  • Provide technical responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).

  • Support the sales team in positioning Finastra's offerings effectively.

  • Assist with aligning solutions with prospect needs at the request of sales team members.

  • Educate sales and sales operation team members on product functionality as needed.

  • Support Relationship Managers in their efforts to maintain customer retention and client satisfaction.

  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

  • Technical Acumen:

  • Familiarity with financial software solutions, APIs, and integration methodologies.

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Experience with software development, databases, and cloud technologies.

EXPERIENCE

  • Up to 2 years experience working in a financial institution or financial software provider

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Foraml training in presentation skills preferred
