Keep up-to-date with current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services.
Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed.
Participate in training programs as directed by manager.
Maintain sales forecasting data in sales reporting system
Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Experience:
1-2 years of inbound and/or outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience.
Track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals.
Account Management experience a plus.
Required Skills and Experience:

Strong perseverance and follow-up skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
