Position summary

  • Keep up-to-date with current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services.

  • Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed.

  • Participate in training programs as directed by manager.

  • Maintain sales forecasting data in sales reporting system

  • Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of inbound and/or outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience.

  • Track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals.

  • Account Management experience a plus.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Build and nurture relationships.

  • Strong perseverance and follow-up skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
