    Lending Technology supporting Lending Services as BTP is looking for an experienced Application Support and QA Engineering Lead to oversee application support and testing activities with both onshore and offshore teams and work with Business partners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical guidance for Residential Lending applications and subject matter expertise for solutions design and ITAAP reviews related to NetOx integrations
    • Work with onshore and offshore teams to review requirements and build test plans and test cases
    • Lead automation framework, regression, API/UI automation using Selenium.
    • Involved in Requirements Analysis and documentation to-be design related to Automation testing to next phases
    • Provide Senior Management weekly status reports

    Skills:

    Programming Languages: Scripting languages such as Python and TSQL

    Automation Framework: Rest Assured, Selenium, Selenium Web driver, Cucumber

    Tools: Git, Postman, JMeter, Jira, Maven, Jenkins, Soap UI, Firebug

    Database: SQL Server

    Operating Systems: Windows, Unix

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
    • Minimum of 5 years in Support and Quality Assurance experience.
    • In depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies; Waterfall and Agile; well versed with agile application (Scrum) development methodologies using agile project management for JIRA.
    • Complete understanding of Testing fundamentals
    • Experience in reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents that translate to test plans and test cases.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, organize tasks efficiently, and perform QA testing function accurately.
    • Ability to apply technical knowledge, such as analytical/judgment skills and critical thinking, with minimal guidance.
    • Strong analytical skills to identify, document, present, and report issues autonomously, accurately, and effectively.
    • Ability to analyze data collection or testing results to accurately reach testing conclusion and develop suggestions and automation recommendations.
    • Hands on experience with automation tools.
    • Experience with Test Automation framework using Selenium.
    • Positive attitude, strong work ethics, and professional.
    • Problem solving skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans.
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and establish collaborative relationships with business partners.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to lead QA teams, mentoring junior team members, collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver successful releases.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person

    Preferred (nice to have) Skills:

    • NetOx Experience
    • Performance Testing skills

    Base salary range

    $120,650 - $185,000 annually

    Salary may vary depending on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills and experience. Full-time employees may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, paid time off and a Wellness Program.  Annual bonus, incentive pay and/or equity may also apply depending upon the role.
