First Republic Private Wealth Management is comprised of investment management, brokerage, trust, financial planning and insurance professionals within First Republic Investment Management (FRIM), First Republic Securities Company (FRSC),  First Republic Trust Company (FRTC), and Foreign Exchange. We offer customized wealth management solutions for our clients from a wide array of services including comprehensive investment management, financial planning, estate planning, trust services, endowment management and more. Duties and Responsibilities

Rapidly growing wealth management organization looking to hire a sell side fixed income trader..  This experienced FINRA licensed generalist will assist senior traders with agency and riskless principal order execution in taxable and tax exempt FI (US treasury, federal agency, IG corporate and municipal notes/bonds) for 100+ internal wealth management professionals

What you will do as an Associate Director, FRSC Fixed Income Trading:

• Assist senior traders with incoming bond orders
• Communicate with sales force for runs, bond inquiries, general questions
• Be able to effectively evaluate credit quality, relative value and best execution for both taxable and tax-exempt trade orders
• Create/organize/implement overall efficiencies for the trading operation

Qualifications

You could be a great fit if you have: 

• Work market hours in a fast-paced environment
• At least 2-4 years minimum experience on an execution desk
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg, ATS functionality, and trade settlement
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses are required

Job Demands:

• Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
• Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.

Base salary range

$90,000 - $110,000 annually

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills and experience. Full-time employees may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, paid time off and a Wellness Program. Annual bonus, incentive pay and/or equity may also apply depending upon the role.
