    The Digital Channels team is responsible for client focused digital experiences that support our Consumer Private Banking, Corporate, and Private Wealth Management businesses. We are seeking a dynamic, organized leader to play a key role in supporting these efforts amidst the rapidly changing digital servicing and sales landscape.

    The Senior Risk Manager supports the Digital Channels department in the delivery and maintenance of an effective program for the identification, measurement, and monitoring of risks and associated operating controls related to the department and its digital products and services.  This individual will work closely with managers and teams within Digital Channels, as well as with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that sound risk processes are in place and maintained for the Banks digital banking products and services.

    What you'll do as a Senior Risk Manager:

    • Work with Digital Channels management and product teams and collaborate with risk stakeholders across the organization such as Information Security, Vendor Management, Compliance, Legal, and Fraud, to conduct strategic risk assessments that ensure all risks are properly identified and mitigated prior to release of digital products and services.
    • Provide support and direction to Digital Channels management and product teams regarding the analysis and resolution for identified issues (IT exceptions, vulnerabilities, controls gaps, audit findings, etc.)
    • Manage vendor relationships through full lifecycle including onboarding, monitoring, quarterly and annual portfolio and SOC report reviews, and vendor termination.
    • Maintain documentation illustrating the control environment surrounding digital products and services, such as authentication and access, fraud detection and prevention, denial of service mitigation, and regulatory and legal controls
    • Work with Digital Channels product teams to conduct annual controls testing to ensure controls are operating and designed appropriately and address control gaps and deficiencies.
    • Provide primary support responding to information requests from both external sources such as the FDIC, and internal departments such as Information Security, Compliance, ERM and Internal Audit.
    • Create accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reporting of key metrics and emerging risks from the business unit, such as reports on service levels and availability for mission-critical vendors/applications.
    • Assist in identification and evaluation of key emerging technologies & companies, market disruptors, threats, and areas for opportunity, by interfacing both externally and internally with thought leaders and experts.

    You could be a great fit if you have:

    • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in IT Risk Management/Audit
    • Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in digital financial services is strongly preferred.
    • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives according to plan and timelines
    • Proven track record of successful collaboration with internal and external partners
    • Excellent oral, written, communication, and presentation skills
    • Excellent data mining and reporting skills is strongly preferred
    • Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree desirable

    Base salary range

    $156,750 - $195,000 annually. 

    Salary may vary depending on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills and experience. Full-time employees may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, paid time off and a Wellness Program.  Annual bonus, incentive pay and/or equity may also apply depending upon the role.
