First Republic Private Wealth Management is comprised of investment management, brokerage, trust, financial planning and insurance professionals within First Republic Investment Management (FRIM), First Republic Securities Company (FRSC), First Republic Trust Company (FRTC), and Foreign Exchange. We offer customized wealth management solutions for our clients from a wide array of services including comprehensive investment management, financial planning, estate planning, trust services, endowment management and more. Our goal is to understand our clients’ unique needs and support them throughout a lifetime of financial goals.
The Wealth Advisor Associate is responsible for assisting the Wealth Advisor in strategically identifying potential client opportunities from the Wealth Advisor’s extensive networks, generating new leads and uncovering high-value opportunities.
The Wealth Advisor Associate will also support the Wealth Advisor in all aspects of the sales cycle, including scheduling follow-up meetings, managing administrative elements, and overseeing the pipelines of completed meetings to ensure all prospective clients are being connected with the Wealth Advisor. The overall goal is to increase assets under management and deposit balances at First Republic Bank by marketing wealth management products and services to meet client needs, becoming our client’s trusted wealth advisor, and maintaining strong client relationships.
The desired candidate will have a strong understanding of the broad range of service offerings available at First Republic, relationship management skills, as well as quantitative and strategic skills. He or she will champion the firm’s private wealth management services both internally and to prospects and clients.

Excellent writing, analytical, research and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to comfortably navigate CRM software and relationship management programs, including Salesforce and Relationship Science. If no experience with these programs, a demonstrated capability to learn technology systems quickly
Experience managing a large database and maintaining data integrity
Ability to thrive in an unstructured, demanding role/environment
Forward-thinking and solutions-oriented approach at all times
Goal and action orientation with ability and desire to work towards revenue targets within a team environment
Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact with sophisticated clients and prospective clients
High level of discretion regarding confidential matters and identities
Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills
Bachelor’s degree

Base salary range
$30.00 - $38.46 per hour.
Salary may vary depending on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills and experience. Full-time employees may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, paid time off and a Wellness Program. Annual bonus, incentive pay and/or equity may also apply depending upon the role.
