Position summary

The Day-to-Day:

Deeply understand and advocate for the needs of the prospective client, applying insights from consumer learning and data.
Manage diverse projects, including creative execution and development, and work closely with other internal partners.
Use learnings from consumer research, including client and prospective client segmentation studies, to iterate and improve current marketing strategies and develop new initiatives from idea to completion.
Develop and consult on messaging and marketing strategies for new and existing opportunities.
Independently lead important strategic marketing initiatives.
Work across the organization partnering with creative, fulfillment, analytics, technology, finance and legal/compliance teams.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5-7 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, product management or project development.
Experience developing and testing new initiatives to generate results.
Experience analyzing data and using insights to drive growth.
Experience with digital media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), Direct Mail, DRTV or DR Print.
