    Position summary

    Global Reputation Management, and work primarily onsite.

    The Day-to-Day:

    • Manage a program to ensure the elements are completely and efficiently meeting our requirements

    • Manage all phases of various projects from envisioning through deployment

    • Identify potential process improvements, recommend solutions, and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the department

    • Coach, mentor, and motivate junior team members

    • Develop new reports for senior management

    • Maintain specific documentation related to our SEO activities

    • Communicate project updates and outcome to team members outside the Reputation Group

    Your Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

    • 4+ years of direct SEO content and analysis experience.

    • Highly developed qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.

    • Able to analyze various situations and develop creative solutions.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • High level of attention to detail.

    • Able to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment.

    • Able to manage time effectively and prioritize workload across various tasks.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

    • Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

    • Proficient in SEO analysis tools such as ScreamingFrog, AHREFs, SEMRush, Moz, and more.

    • Knowledge of website content and coding guidelines as provided by search engines with significant market share.

    Compensation:

    • $90,000 - $135,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience

    • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
