The Sr. Information Security Specialist will work as a senior-level Network Security Engineer and report to the Team Leader.

    The Day-to-Day:

    • Support the Global Information Security Infrastructure of the firm
    • Use technologies to manage risk in the environment
    • Create templates, processes and workflows while working with IT/Technology teams and Project Management teams
    • Develop process to support departmental and company goals
    • Design upgrades of existing security infrastructure
    • Projects - Work with the business and IT to develop or integrate systems while addressing and reducing risk

    Your Qualifications:

    • 8+ years' experience in a network security engineering role within an enterprise environment
    • Next-Gen firewall design and architecture, reviewing/implementing application access requests, troubleshooting technical issues with application availability and performance, periodic review and audit of policies to ensure infrastructure is compliant with standard
    • 4+ years' experience supporting Palo Alto Firewalls w/ Panorama (physical/ virtual platforms)
    • Experience supporting network security policy in IaaS cloud environments – Azure or AWS in DevOps capacity (Terraform, CI/CD pipeline)
    • A solid foundational understanding of IP routing/switching concepts
    • Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting TCP/IP protocol (PCAP analysis)
    • Strong experience with network zoning concepts including ZTNA/Micro-segmentation
    • Strong knowledge in PKI and associated protocols (SSL/TLS)
    • Able to analyze risk associated with onboarding new applications/technology

    Compensation:

    • $160,000 - 175,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
    • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
