    Job Title: Partner Enablement Program Manager 

    Location: Remote

    The mission of the Partner Enablement Program Manager (PEPM) is to ensure that our partners are fully trained and enabled to sell, implement and consult across Forcepoint’s product line.  Partners are a critical element in Forcepoint’s Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and our goal is to ensure they are well-trained and well-skilled in positioning, promoting, selling and implementing Forcepoint products.  The PEPM will need to design and maintain end-to-end enablement programs, orchestrating skills development in the channel, and ensuring all related activities are executed crisply. 

    The PEPM will work closely with channel partners to help them build a Forcepoint consulting practice, ensure the proper development of training assets, processes, and tools within Forcepoint and deepen partner relationships as they grow their skills investment into Forcepoint.

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with partners on the consumption of Forcepoint training offerings and work together on customized training paths and yearly goals
    • Work closely with channel/partner managers to help them build training strategies for their partners
    • Actively work across all relevant departments (such as the product team, learning services, and the channel org) to assess partner training needs on new products, product updates, as well as effective sales techniques, that will enable the partner sales teams to maximize their effectiveness
    • Identify existing training material created by other teams that can be (re-)used for channel partner training.  Coach learning services on the types of training material that needs to be designed and published.
    • Consistently collect and interpret data to determine effectiveness of training and report back to internal stakeholders. 
    • Support the channel account managers and their partners regarding ongoing training promotions, the registration and purchasing process, and their training progress & completion status 
    • Identify new training needs and create additional offerings (micro learning, outcome/audience-based, demo capability)
    • Training Processes and Platforms:  ensure that training content is created & hosted on the right platforms, in the right modality, and that it is easily accessible, understandable and of high value for our partners.  Continuously optimize partner training experience, and identify gaps by gathering feedback from channel partners, analyze success metrics, and report outcomes back to process & platform owners
    • Partner with channel ops, and other relevant departments to define suitable processes, platforms, and sales tools for our training offerings
    • Partner communications and training events:  ensure that Partners are well informed about what training content is available, how to access it & how to leverage it successfully.  Work closely with marketing to ensure clear outbound communications and awareness.
    • Global Responsibility:  work with employees, channel managers and partners across the world.

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years experience in developing and managing enablement/training programs for a software company, with an understanding of how field personnel learn and pedagogies to make them effective
    • Experience in building a vendor consulting practice and appreciation of the elements required for a successful consulting practice
    • Demonstrated understanding of the unique competencies required to be effective in cyber security sales and delivery. 
    • Global experience and perspective
    • Demonstrable project and program management skills
    • Good skills in communication, orchestration and managing multiple, global workstreams
    • Ability to work across different departments and build good relationships with internal stakeholders and across different cultures 
    • Demonstrated experience assessing and measuring the success of learning programs and using data to improve and enhance future learning programs
    • Proven ability to create certification structures and programs for role-based technical competency assessments
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, learning management systems (LMS) applications, partner portals, mobile apps and related technologies used in modern learning environments
    • Experience with curriculum design software like Articulate 360, Camtasia etc. 
    • Outstanding professional verbal and written communication skills
