    About the role: Forcepoint is looking for a highly productive Security Product Manager to define new product enhancements and go-to-market initiatives for Forcepoint Secure SD-WAN product-line. The increased adoption of Cloud & Saas applications is causing enterprises to rethink how they architect their WANs.  Hybrid WAN networks, which combine traditional MPLS WAN circuits with direct-to-Internet circuits, have emerged to achieve the right balance of cost & performance when accessing both on-premises & Saas- based applications.     How will you work?

    Remote or hybrid if in a major Forcepoint office  

    Qualifications:

    • Assist and collaborate in defining product roadmap; define and prioritize product requirements, feature and functionality
    • Meet with customers and sales partners to evangelize product and understand requirements
    • Work with development groups during the development cycle to ensure the product meets customer requirements and perform the right tradeoffs and prioritization.
    • Partner with other members of the PM team to develop integrated product plans (solutions) across the product portfolio and with sales to ensure that product plans achieve near and long-term revenue objectives.

    Education and Experience

    •  Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience
    • Up to 6 years of product planning and product operations experience.
    • High performance in product management capacity bringing new products and innovations to the market
    • Knowledge of cyber security market segments (network & cloud) is desired, and actual experience in network security is a highly desired attribute   
    • Good understanding and experience in product management processes. Know how to create MRDs/PRDs, perform competitive analysis, feature/function prioritization and assessment, and go to market plans.
    • Business focus with strong technical background and well-developed analytical skills
    • Ability to formulate competitive analysis and product requirement documents
    • Must be a very capable communicator and be comfortable working with a wide variety of corporate executive, sales, marketing, engineering, operations, customers, and business partner
    • Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills
