    The Web Marketing team is looking for a passionate Web Product and Localization Specialist to join the team transforming Forcepoint’s web marketing channel into an engine that supports brand, demand generation, customer retention, and growth.   

    A successful Web Product and Localization Specialist  is a data-driven, critical thinker with an appetite for solving problems. They love to understand what drives the user to conversion, understand how to look behind the numbers, and identify opportunities for optimization. Highly empathetic, with an understanding of web design, web analytics, web A/B testing, and a demonstrable interest in the user journey, the Web Product and Localization Manager favors the user while gracefully balancing business goals; does this sound like you?

    Responsibilities Include 

    • Monitor page performance metrics and user journeys to improve conversion while creating a cadence for sharing actionable insights. 

    • Contribute to the website optimization strategy, leading hypothesis, execution, analysis, and reporting. 

    • Participate in the planning process for web roadmap and vision.  

    • Run and own A/B testing initiatives, including analytics and reporting on successes. 

    • Leverage web analytics to inform and influence content creation. 

    • Work with the web development and design teams to implement successful CMS and landing page platform designs. 

    • Be the subject matter expert for content creators and help guide the ideation and creation of successful web pages that deliver on desired KPIs. 

    • Experience with content localization and multilingual content strategy.  

    • Experience identifying opportunities with regional and localized content.  

    • Ensure the timely and accurate launch of marketing content in the languages Forcepoint supports. 

    • Manage regional web reporting.  

    • Work with the content strategist and product marketing managers to gather and prepare web content.  

    • Facilitate internal management review and signoff process.  

    Qualified Candidates should have 

    • 2+ years’ experience with B2B conversion rate optimization, web analytics, and A/B testing using platforms like VWO and Adobe Analytics. 

    • Strong understanding of web content management and landing page platforms. 

    • Experience with user research and user testing.  

    • Strong sense of user experience gold standards, and effective design patterns. 

    • Good understanding of B2B digital marketing channels and how they differ with conversion and lead lifecycle 

    • Experience managing vendors 

    • Experience managing multilingual content projects 

    • Ability to prioritize and pivot on changing business needs.  

    • Experience building web pages in a content management system.  

    • Experience working with various levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders 

    • Superb written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations 

    • Strong at multi-tasking and project management skills with a team player mentality 

    • A strong bias toward action 

    • Success managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously.  

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
