Your Impact:
In this role, you will be an integral part of CNS delivering business outcomes that support changing, operating and maintain Freddie Mac's network and associated capabilities. You will be expected to collaborate internally with architecture, engineering and delivery as well as externally outside of CNS with many facets of other departments. You will lead business efforts to build and enhance our network service offerings and manage the existing network adhering to established controls and guidelines. You will be expected to have a risk first posture and mentality knowing that in everything we do minimizing risk a priority. You will act as a leader and mentor in this role.
Qualifications:
15+ years' experience in a business management or program management roles
5+ years' experience in a supervisory business management or program management role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's degree in business administration preferred
Experience developing and maintaining business management processes.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in general business and project management software inclusive of JIRA, SharePoint and Service Now
PMP Certification is a plus

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $190,000 - $284,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
