    Position summary

    • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reports and data visualizations.

    • Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL to automate and streamline reporting processes.

    2. Process Documentation:

    • Map, analyze, and detail current business processes, workflows, and systems.

    • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize processes.

    • Build and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in process documentation.

    3. Support:

    • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and project delivery.

    • Provide support and troubleshooting for reporting tools and systems.

    • Assist in training and onboarding users on reporting tools, processes, and documentation.

    • Support project management efforts by coordinating tasks, supervising progress, and providing updates.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

    • Validated experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on reporting and process documentation.

    • Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).

    • Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey sophisticated information clearly.

    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

    This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $62,000 - $94,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
