for establishing accounting policy for the Company and preparing external financial reports.
Your Impact:
External financial reporting for quarterly and annual SEC filings
Support the preparation of the Company's external financial reports (i.e., 10-Ks and 10-Qs).
Prepare and distribute accurate and complete data requests to data providers in a timely manner.
Aggregate financial information provided by data providers for disclosure in the Company's external financial reports.
Engage regularly with the data providers to request and/or obtain further clarification on financial information.
Assist in creating new disclosures as needed.
Management, Board, and FHFA reporting
Support the preparation of quarterly management and Board reports.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual FHFA reports.
Ad hoc tasks and requests
Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting processes and controls in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
Explain results and controls to multiple review parties, such as Internal and External Audit groups.
Assist with benchmarking projects.
Help manage other ad hoc requests.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to success in an accounting-related field
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
Familiarity with Workiva's Wdesk software (preferred)
Keys to Success in this Role:

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $75,000 - $113,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
