Your Impact:
Support larger HR team to implement smooth, consistent and compliant candidate and employee experience related to HR system communications and workflows, employee data and payment processing, relocation, travel and/or immigration program administration, and technical system use. This includes some of the following:
Use HR technology platforms and systems to support talent advisors, provide reporting and enhancements, perform compliance reviews, performance updates and periodic audits
Maintain talent tool system performance and enhancements and vendor management
Deliver excellent experience throughout the total TA employee lifecycle activities from pre-boarding to welcome phases including employee queries.
Handle operational issues while collaborating with relevant partners for resolution
Generate reports and analytics related to programs and/or external requirements
Support administration of Immigration, Relocation and Referral Benefit programs.
Collaborate with broader HR team to enhance workflows and processes
Maintain confidentiality about crucial matters and employee personal data
Qualifications:
4 years of related work experience with critical HR lifecycle processes from applicant to onboarding
Current experience with Workday Recruiting Platform, Applicant Tracking system, Phenom CRM and other talent tools
Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint for use in crafting reports and spreadsheets, analyzing metrics and delivering presentations
High attention to administrative detail; proven problem-solving skills; experience with solving technical issues
Ability to identify process improvements, requirements and update guides.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent HR generalist experience

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $76,000 - $114,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
