Position summary

Job Description The Opportunity: In this role you will lead a team of 10-12 Settlement Operations agents in Negotiations. You will be focused on coaching and development of your agents, guiding them to successfully hit their monthly performance goals. Our leaders interview and hire talent into the Settlement Operations team and develop their team's skills to prepare them for future opportunities within Freedom. Considering local candidates How You'll Contribute: - Coach and develop a team of agents to achieve monthly targets - Conduct regular performance discussions with agents around goal attainment, attendance, and productivity - Have regular career development conversations with team to assess potential and readiness to move into other roles - Support company initiatives including mid-year and annual reviews and feedback processes, performance management, and engagement surveys - Ensure policies are followed - Perform regular audits of agents' work to ensure accuracy, quality, and identify areas of opportunity for agent to improve performance - Conduct interviews and hire candidates to the team Why This Opportunity Is Unique: - Freedom is uniquely positioned in the financial services marketplace to provide life-changing financial outcomes to a broad segment of financially struggling and striving consumers that are underserved by mainstream financial services companies. Your role is at the center of our Debt Relief program. You will be leading some of the most tenured employees at Freedom and part of a highly visible department. Your work will drive critical, meaningful financial results for our business. What You'll Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role in a call center collections or negotiations department - Previous experience in a call center or financial services environment - Excellent verbal and written communication - Proven ability to engage and inspire a team - Experience using Excel, Word, and Salesforce - Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines - Internal candidates: Currently in a Coach or SME role with Freedom Financial Network for at least 6 months -OR- previous Supervisor experience within the last three years in a financial services company or related field such as financial institute, bank, call center About Us: Freedom Financial Network is a leading digital personal finance company, built to help people.
