At Freshworks, global Integrated campaigns are a critical and significant driver of revenue for the business. The Integrated Marketing team at Freshworks is looking for a Global Integrated Marketing Manager to help strategize and manage campaigns at Freshworks.
The individual is responsible for project and campaign planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting. I.E. Pre-launch through to launch and sustain. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-builder, collaborating cross-functionally both internally and externally and ensuring Integrated Marketing roles and responsibilities are adhered to.
This candidate is analytically oriented, and is experienced in orchestrating the rhythm of the campaigns with Integrated Marketing leaders responsible for each Business Unit, establishing the operating rhythm of the team, and supporting execution wherever possible.
They identify and resolve issues and gaps with actionable, data-guided recommendations and create systems and processes with an objective to build a repeatable playbook for Integrated Campaigns.
This role will provide excellent exposure to how scaled, global campaigns are planned and executed, different types of Go-to-market motions (Product-led growth and Enterprise Sales) as well as working with an exceptional set of colleagues in a fast-growing, global SaaS business.
They also ensure a structured feedback loop is established with teams within marketing and sales to ensure campaigns land successfully both internally and externally.
• Minimum of 7 years of program management experience within the marketing department of a global B2B technology organization
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Project leadership in business planning, campaign management, and reporting • Exposure to campaign management, from development to execution and to the business rhythms involved
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple, time-sensitive competing priorities simultaneously
• Highly collaborative and has an affinity for building relationships across teams including business partners, external agencies, and vendors
• Analytical with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, and budget management skills

Colorado Pay Range: $125,000 - $155,000 comprising an annual salary & incentive compensation. You may also be eligible for equity and additional generous company benefits.
New York Pay Range: $125,000 - $180,000 comprising an annual salary & incentive compensation. You may also be eligible for equity and additional generous company benefits.
