Position summary

About the Role:

The L&D Facilitator is responsible for the creation/expansion, coordination/project management and delivery of training programs and other development initiatives to support Gartner Sales associates. They will help our early careers associates fulfil their potential by setting them up for success.
 

What you'll do:

  • Perform/support the annual needs analysis across the region and provide scalable recommendations/solutions to support learning needs of Gartner associates at all levels
  • Facilitate annual Gartner Sales internship onboarding program
  • Apply sound learning principles, agile methods, learning technology and program management skills together in the design, development and maintenance of learning programs and development initiatives
  • Partner with BU L&D Teams/Champions, BU stakeholders, senior leadership (local) to drive a holistic and a sustainable culture of learning and development across the region
  • Review ongoing training offerings and determine scalable solutions for all in the region
  • Design/Build/Deliver learning solutions/learning roadmaps and/or associated curriculum across BUs that are in sync with the broader learning strategy that ensures consistency in partnership and execution
  • Manage multiple development projects from analysis through delivery concurrently
  • Identify opportunities to re-purpose solutions cross-functionally and/or incorporate leadership/business content
     

What you'll need:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferable

  • 5 years directly related experience in developing and facilitating adult education/training courses

  • Background in facilitation and training, preferably in a remote environment

  • Experience/exposure to manage development initiatives/projects at a regional level with the ability to work independently

  • Effective communication skills with/across all levels of staff and diverse population

  • Excellent delivery skills along with a professional demeanor and an ability to adapt your approach to suit the audience

  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, influencing and decision-making skills

  • Must have the ability to create and foster organizational change and be a strategic business partner with management and think globally and objectively

  • Microsoft Office experience (high proficiency) required (PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)

  • Exposure to Sales environment would be highly beneficial
