Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
As an USARPAC Exercise Planner
Plans, coordinates, and executes unit collective training at echelons ranging from Squad to Battalion; Assists unit leadership in planning collective training that will meet their training objectives; identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training.
Serves in a mentorship or observer/controller role when requested.
Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs).
Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs.
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of training programs.
Prepares and presents briefing to organizational senior leaders.
MSEL development experience preferred.
MEL IV or equivalent level schooling preferred.
Perform other duties as required.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Superb communication and organizational skills are a must
Expert in all Microsoft Office products
Mission Command Information System (MCiS) proficiency is highly desired
Extremely proficient in writing a five paragraph operations order (OPORD)
Education Required:
AA subject immaterial
At least 6-8 years of experience
Security Clearance:
Position requires a SECRET clearance
MUST be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
