Our work depends on a Program Manager joining our team to support Customer activities at Herndon, VA.

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Program Manager supporting the Customer, you will be trusted to work on innovative solutions that will transform and enhance the Enterprise IT environment to meet the growing global mission. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Managing and monitoring the cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, materials, security, deliverables, quality, and metric objectives and milestones. 
• Collecting, analyzing, and maintaining task performance metrics that measure the execution of all business and operational activities. 
• Participating in scheduled Program Management Reviews (PMRs); and providing the Government with Monthly Contract Status Reports (MCSRs), and other ad hoc reports. 
• Coordinating, collaborating, and communicating with the COTR(s) and/or Government Task Managers (GTM), and the CO via verbal and electronic communications. 
• Ensuring the Contractor maintains a process for identifying efficiency improvement opportunities and validating that corrections have been made and that relevant quality standards have been achieved. 
• Ensuring the Contractor recruits and retains the required mix of personnel, for both the Prime and Subcontractors, with the expertise, experience, and qualifications (e.g., required security clearances) to perform any necessary specific duties and responsibilities described in the associated Task Order. Managing Contractor work force efforts based on any changing mission requirements and funding availability - to include potential for responding to crisis and/or surge events. 
• Addressing potential problems, issues, and/or risks that may affect the mission and/or effective performance and recommend mitigations

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor's Degree (in an IT-related field)
• 10+ years or relevant experience
• Technical skills
• Current TS/SCI clearance with an active Polygraph

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• PMP certified

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Cyber security certifications
• Agile Scrum Master certified
