GDIT is seeking a Quality Management Auditor to help support our Joint Service Provider Enterprise Transport Management - Next-Gen (JSP ETM - NG) program at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. Due to the nature of work this role entails, telecommuting is not allowed and will require the employee to report full-time onsite.

The Quality Management Auditor is responsible for establishing, executing, and maintaining a program-wide Quality Management Program. The QA Auditor will work with the program technical writer to establish the Quality Management Repository for all SOP’s, Work Instructions, and procedural documents. Additional duties include:

• Ensure 100% annual validation of SOP’s and work instructions for validity.

• Ensure 100% annual desk side audit of SOP’s and work instructions to ensure accuracy and efficacy.

• Schedule with process owners a complete walk-through of process documentation on an annual basis.

• Ensure necessary changes are annotated and updated to documentation.

• Ensures the updated documents are catalogued within Quality Management SOPS repository.

• Report findings directly to Quality Management Program Lead.

• Ensures compliance is followed throughout quality assurance process. 

Required Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance or higher

• 3-5 years with Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)

• SharePoint experience

• Interpersonal Skills

• Solid communication skills - verbal and written

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask in a stressful environment

• Willing to report onsite as indicated above

Desired Qualifications:

• Solid communication skills in a high visibility environment

• Experience within the JSP environment

• QA/QC background

• Prior experience with SOP repositories
