At GDIT, people are our differentiator. This Web Developer will be a member of small development team providing development support at customer location performing duties utilizing Visual Studio, JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, C#, ASP.net HTML/CSS , SharePoint 2013. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Experience in creative graphic design and user experience (UX)
• Design and develop tools that integrate with commercial applications
• Design and develop database management systems, image processing, collaborative tools, data manipulation techniques, data visualization techniques, and directory services
• Develop unit and functional test plan
• Experience using and /or administering SharePoint 2013 (or latest version)
• Experience building SharePoint Site Collections, Site Pages, Lists and Web Parts
• Provide the operations and maintenance of operational systems
• Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost restraints
• Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance
• Develop and direct software testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation
• Work schedule is flexible but candidate is required to work Monday thru Friday.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.net
• Desired Skills/Experience: SharePoint 2013, Java, HTML
• Desired Certifications: Photoshop, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.net
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
• 5+ years of experience
• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
