    Position summary

    ies:**

    • Responsible for preparation and implementation of project expediting plans that proactively tracks and monitors supplier deliverables

    • Participate in supplier kick-off meeting with supplier quality

    • Ensure that all supplier deliverables are received according to project schedule

    • Prepare project expediting plans that provide for effective tracking, monitoring and on-time receipt of all supplier deliverables including required data, documentation, materials and equipment.

    • Contact suppliers to verify receipt and understanding of purchase orders, confirm shipping schedule commitments and establish monthly progress reporting requirements.

    • Proactively track and monitor supplier deliverables and maintain up-to-date reporting in designated database reflecting current status and analysis of schedule performance. Share reporting with the PPM and other appropriate stakeholders for incorporation into overall project schedule.

    • Provide early identification of potential risks and opportunities and create a recovery case of slippages. Work with suppliers to determine and implement corrective actions. Proactively monitor and enforce recovery plans.

    • Understands the commercial part of the EPC contract and issues the project related purchasing conditions (PRPC)

    • Create On-timed delivery report and Supplier heat map for the Region

    Required Qualifications

    • Master degree from an accredited university or college or relevant experience

    • Strong experience in manufacturing, sourcing or project management

    • Strong technical knowledge of Engineered Equipment products

    • Very good English skills
