    Position summary

    Job Description Summary

    Reporting to the EC&I Section Manager, you will be responsible for all of the electric and control system equipment maintenance activities of the Hai Fu CCPP operated by GE Power Taiwan include identify the maintenance requirement.
    The post holder acts within a small team of station staff as a responsible ‘hands on’ engineer, who is capable of organizing, planning and leading execution or executing all maintenance activities on the electric and control system power plant equipment.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Identifying, recording and revision of all maintenance requirements.
    • Promoting safety awareness/safe working practice to EC&I personnel and contractors.
    • Leading and ensuring all work performed is in accordance with established procedures and good engineering practice.
    • Reviewing EC&I spares holding.
    • Updating EC&I plant record and plant specific maintenance procedures
    • Review routine maintenance plan

    Required Qualifications

    • Diploma or Degree in Electric or electronic Engineering related.
    • Four years’ experience in maintenance of power generation plant or a large industrial plant.
    • Knowledge of maintenance planning, implementation and control.
    • Understanding the process of the power generation .
    • Ability of trouble shooting and proposing the improvement solution. Ability of risk assessment and safety awareness
    • Ability to speak and write in English.
