ng, understand how KPIs connected from shopfloor to plant level (KPI tree) regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Coordinate the implementation of Power Production System model all elements, regularly coordinate plant self assessment and managing action plan to achieve higher level.
Ensure the Lean tools such as eg. Standard Work, 5S etc. are in proper use at the defined area
Realize the COE/functions Lean implementation plan according to the company Lean strategy

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Supply Chain or related Engineering field of study
Significant experience in Lean management and significant experience in manufacturing role
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Hungarian and English
