    Role Summary/Purpose

    This role is responsible for leading the Change Management and Training activities associated with the GEV Indirect Sourcing organization. This role engages with the Category Management, Travel Operations, Sourcing Operations, Analytics, and Support teams within the Centralized Sourcing organization to facilitate their adoption of new ways of working to include changes in processes, systems, job roles, and organization structure. This role should identify generic GEV and role-specific training needs within the GEV Centralized Indirect Sourcing organization and then design, plan, and implement a training program to ensure personnel are ready to execute their respective jobs leading up to and beyond the GEV spin-off. This role will be responsible for implementing a governance process across the GEV Indirect Sourcing organization with the GEV Business Units.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to create a strategy to support adoption of changes required by the GEV Centralized Indirect Sourcing organization
    • Support communication efforts by enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
    • Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
    • Complete Change Management assessments
    • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
    • Consult and coach project teams, managers, and supervisors
    • Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans such as Sponsor Plans, People Leader Plans, Communications Plans, and Training Plans
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a governance process
    • Support and engage senior leaders
    • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
    • Identify training needs for the GEV Indirect Sourcing organization and then design and plan training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfil those needs
    • Review existing GEV-wide training programs and systems, propose enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the organization
    • Partner with subject matter experts to develop new training as required
    • Monitor completion of required and recommended training sessions in preparation for GEV spin-off

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Significant experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, Organizational Studies, Change Management, Training, or equivalent experience
    • Demonstrated ability in leading large scale organizational, process, and culture change
    • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodology, and tools
    • Experience with large-scale organization training
    • For roles not in USA, this role requires significant experience comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience), or equivalent experience/ knowledge
    • For roles in USA, this role requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with significant experience in job family group/function)

    Desired Characteristics

    • MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Organizational Studies, Change Management, or equivalent experience, or equivalent experience/ knowledge
    • Inspirational people leader, collaborative mindset in working across functional areas.
    • Strong experience in Procurement processes and system integration projects.
    • Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification skills
    • Ability to influence large groups
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Strong project management skills
    • Thought leader, experience with external benchmarking to drive next level process improvements
    • Strong track record for implementing change and delivering results
