Responsible for multiple software projects as a project leader or internal consultant.
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Help in implementing software solutions based on the requirement design specifications.
Good to have experience in coding of features in early phase of the career.
Identify and/or implement areas of improvement within the application, to help improve its performance.
Preparing design specifications for a Teamcenter application – functional and technical
Defining performance benchmarks
Define the application architecture and components selection.
Analyze and understand the existing IT landscape of customer.
Define high level plan and strategy for interfaces development & deployment.
Define High Level interface design specifications – with data communication, data triggers, data translation rules, data sets and mappings to other system elements.
Define data conversion strategy – Identify data conversion needs for the data flowing from the various systems before it is fed to the Teamcenter system.
Define data migration needs, strategy, and migration approach for bringing in data into Teamcenter.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
Desired Characteristics /Technical Expertise:
Java, Restful API, Apache.
Teamcenter Enterprise 9
C++, Java, Batch Script, ITK Customization
Linux/Unix
Teamcenter Unified
Database Concepts Knowledge – Oracle and MSSQL Server.
Basic knowledge of DevOps tools
Technical Acumen:
Good understanding of PLM concepts and Teamcenter Architecture.
10+ years of work experience on Teamcenter Enterprise Development and minimum 2+ years as an architect?
Experience on Teamcenter features like Active workspace, BMIDE, Workflows, Preferences, Dispatcher.
Experience in implementing Teamcenter and Active Workspace configuration and customization.
Experience in installation and managing of servers, services and monitoring.
Experience and understanding in migrating to newer version of Teamcenter.
Added advantage – monitoring tools implementation like Splunk
In depth understanding of Siemens Teamcenter from Technical and Functional perspective
Hands on experience on Siemens Teamcenter deployment, configuration, product extensions, customizations, data migration & building integrations
Ability to understand business requirement and provide architecture & solution to customer on the platform
Leadership:
• Demonstrated working knowledge of internal organization
• Foresee obstacles, identify workarounds, leverage resources, rally teammates.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and/or lead blended teams, including 3rd party partners and customer personnel.

• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
• Ability to influence and build consensus with other Information Technology (IT) teams and leadership
