    Position summary

    ow the impact of the delivery organization adhering the quality standards.

    • People Management Lead and inspire the team, provide mentorship and keep raising the performance bar

    Provide people leadership to team members comprising of software developers, power system experts, project engineers, integration & defect validation engineers, project control associates SCRUM masters to ensure alignment with project objectives and successful project delivery.

    • Resource Allocation:

    Coordinate with global services organization for capacity planning & allocation of resources effectively across projects, ensuring that teams have the necessary skills and capacity to deliver projects and ensure meeting revenue delivery target. Identify right candidates in line with hiring needs.

    • Stakeholder Collaboration

    Collaborate with services leaders across regions, participate in regular discussion on metrics, addressing concerns, being proactive, managing expectations with focus on delivering a great customer experience.

    • Delivery KPI and Continuous Improvement

    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact and effectiveness of services delivery from the team. Look for opportunities for simplification, automation and standardization.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Master's degree preferred.

    • Proven experience (min 15 years) in software project delivery management with a focus on managing implementation services for mission critical software such as Transmission & Distribution from a global capability center.

    • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    • Understands technology and business trends and takes efforts in cross train /skill upgrades for self and the team.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Desired Characteristics

    • Expertise and hands on experience of working in the Power Systems domain - Transmission / Distribution management systems

    • Demonstrated experience and track record of success in working with global teams.

    • Motivated great teammate, self- starter, results oriented.

    • Exposure to LEAN methodologies, PMP, Scrum Master.
